Design Essentials Box
Floral designers live and breathe by their tools, and we have selected some basic tools that are essential for any floral designer to have! By using the proper tools and techniques, you ensure longer-lasting and fresher florals, consistency between your designs, and a better understanding of how professional designers are able to create through florals!
This box contains the basic essentials needed to create a lush design with our gorgeous blooms from The Classic Floral Crate or The Vibrant Floral Crate, including:

One-Size Adult Full-Length Floral Apron with The Style Marc embroidery
These are the same tools we use in our own studio to create large scale event floristry.
CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In the event that your order must be cancelled, customer may do so at least 48 hours prior to delivery date and will receive a refund. Note, once your order has shipped it may not qualify for a refund as the order has already been created and is on it's way for delivery without the option to cancel.
Cancellation policy only applies to non-floral orders.
The Floral Crate by The Style Marc assures that you will be delighted with your order. However, in the event that you are not fully satisfied with what was delivered to you, we would be more than happy to provide a refund, exchange, or replacement on goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods. Note, goods must be in their original and unused condition with original packaging intact in order to be returned.
Please email our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return.
Once you have received your RAN, please include it on your shipping label and in a note within the box. You also need to indicate whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that a note is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.
Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage).
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods, unless it is deemed defective in manufacturing. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement, or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 21 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by The Style Marc as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 21 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
